Before your appointment, please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth, relaxing, and professional experience for both of us. My goal is to provide exceptional service while maintaining a timely and serene environment for every client. Please read carefully and follow these instructions prior to your visit: 💖 Lash Appointment Prep To achieve flawless retention and ensure your lashes last, please arrive with a clean face. That means absolutely no mascara, eye makeup, or skincare products around the eye area. If you wear contact lenses, kindly remove them prior to your appointment for your safety and comfort. I also highly recommend avoiding caffeine before your lash set—it can cause eye fluttering, which makes application more difficult and less relaxing for you. 💗 Wax Appointment Prep For the most effective wax, your hair must be at least 1/4 inch long—about the size of a grain of rice. This allows the wax to grip properly and ensures optimal results. Please do not apply any oils, lotions, or body products to the treatment area the day of your appointment. If you are on your menstrual cycle, be sure to wear a tampon for your Brazilian service. I will not be able to perform any waxing if you have cuts, scabs, or open wounds in the treatment area. 💸 Payment Policy Non refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. ⏰ Late Policy Punctuality keeps the vibes high and the day flowing. • 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes: $10 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes: Appointment will be canceled. If you no call/no show, you’ll be required to pay in full upfront to book any future appointments. 🚫 No Guests Policy To maintain a peaceful, focused, and hygienic environment, no guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment.
