Before your appointment, please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth, relaxing, and professional experience for both of us. My goal is to provide exceptional service while maintaining a timely and serene environment for every client. Please read carefully and follow these instructions prior to your visit: 💸 Payment Policy Non refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. ⏰ Late Policy • 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes: $10 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes: Appointment will be canceled. If you no call/no show, you’ll be required to pay in full upfront to book any future appointments. 🫶🏾 Final Reminders Please be on time to avoid interfering with another client’s service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund/ transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
